Administration & Logistics Section's task
1-Provide visas and residence permit to all expatriates employees of the companies & NGO's working in the mine action under the supervision of the LMAC.
2-Providing facilities at the airport and sea ports and completion of administrative and customs desk work to import & Export all kind of equipments for companies & NGO's working in mine action under the supervision of the LMAC.
3-Conducting administrative transactions for the receipt of the donated gear and equipment provided by donor, countries, companies & NGO's to the Lebanese Army.
4-Conducting a security Clearance to all the employees of the companies & NGO's with the Army Headquarters - The Directorate of Intelligence.
5-Offer the employees of the companies & NGO's working in the mine project with Identification cards.
6-Prepare & Offer the companies & NGO's within their area of operation with a License to transport explosives and to use wireless networks.
7-Monitoring and accounting the quantities of explosives used by the companies & NGO's delivered by the Lebanese Army & conduct a regular visit check to their explosives store.

April
1-Purchased one vehicle type "Trail Blazer LS" out of the Czech donation.
2-Receive:
· oil & IT equipment detailed in Annex "A" donated by the U.S. government via the DynCorp.
· the quantity of / 10,363 / liters of diesel fuel donated by the United Nations Development Program UNDP.
· the quantity of / 6,5 kg of explosives type Semtex remainder of the "Operation Emirates Solidarity 1".

3-Purchased one GMC & one Chevrolet Van out of the Czech donation to support the E R – Explosives Expert's Company.
8-Receive:
· Quantity of / 11119 / liters of Gas.
· Converting / 5 / Toyota Land Cruiser jeep to Ambulances.
Donated by the U.S. government via the "DynCorp to support the E R & LMAC.
· Generator power / 150 / KVA.
· Iron Storage Tank capacity / 1000 / liters.
Donated by the United Nations Development Program "UNDP".
