The goal of the Mine Victim Assistance (MVA) Section is to assist mine/UXO victims in all medical, psychological, and economical aspects and support activities to help ensure that victims re-gain their full legal rights.  The MVA goals are in line with the overall goals and objectives of the Lebanon End-State Strategy for Mine Action.
